I bought an item marked as pick-up only. I emailed them and asked them to make an exception as I am several hours away. They were extremely accommodating and were happy to help me. I received my fragile order quickly with no issues! Will definitely do business with them again!!
Bought hose and mower other tools on auction said they would mark it the stairway in house damaged. and parts missing old 1900 s stairway mower was in garage when bought days later showed up outside broke shaft and bent blade no reimburse tools missing they didn't watch nothing like they said and I trusted them was disappointed
I would buy from them more often as the site is easy to use but the old bitties they drag out of the nursing home to assist with pick up are some of the rudest people I have ever met. You would think as a paying customer they would at least be polite but they are rude every single time I go to pick up items and had the audacity to say they would charge me for a card board box the items I purchased were in. Maybe one day it will change or the nursing home will finally call them home.
Prepare for a royal SCREW on shipping. No help from rusty on that end. Will never bid on one of his again.
