This review is for her assistant. I have had middle ear infection for over 25 days. I visited doctor Seruelo and she put me on antibiotics, but a week later the symptoms persists, I called her office and requested a referral to ENT doctor. It’s now been over 11 days, no one ever called me back, I called my insurance, they said they have not received anything, so I followed up with another two calls, wanted to know about the referral, again no one ever called me back, even though the person who answered my call apologized man... read more
