Let me start by saying are project is a very unique house. Three different roofing materials, to start with. Metal, cedar shingles (not shake),and torch down on one small flat roof. The house has a Mansard style roof that is curved, not flat. That portion is cedar shingle. Then there is metal roofing on the top. Alex and his team have been wonderful to work with. We had a couple of leaky skylights and an old metal roof that had seen better days. Alex came out to take a look and give us a bid. He walked us through all the pros and cons of metal vs composite. In the end we decided on composite. It was now time to pick colors he went out of his way to run by color samples so we could find the perfect match. From start to finish they were on time, on budget, and extremely professional. I highly recommend Alex and his Team!

I developed a leak in my roof during in the morning the hours of a rainy day forecast. I called around to few roofing company. None could respond for a couple of weeks. A friend highly recommended Alex. That evening Alex was there with tarp temporarily stopping the leak into my bedroom. What a relief. My roof was replaced a couple days later, it was on it last leg anyway. The workmanship and was outstanding from beginning to end. Donny

Absolutely outstanding company. I had never heard of them until owner dropped off card. The roof is great but being in construction for 30 years and now retired I admired the professionalism. My yard was picked up every night. They respected my neighbors wake up time in morning. I could hear everything being done on roof from inside my house. No swearing or cursing or extremely loud music. And I got a great metal roof.

I had Alex and his team at Rhyatt Construction install a metal roof on my 100 year old beach house. Being a cost conscious consumer, I had been told by other companies that gave me bids for the work, that I could install metal roofing right over top of my existing shingle roof. I questioned Alex if we could do this to save money. He said you can do it, but that he didn't recommend it for my home. He wanted to inspect the actual plywood roofing for rot and if there was any, he wanted to replace the bad areas before installing... read more
