I have attempted many times to make an appt for the groupon I bought. Wont call me back.
Beware!!! This company no longer exists. Getting my money back from Groupon is proving near impossible. The woman who owns this company and Rophe in sugar land are the same person, they do not answer the phone, and their location no longer exists. Another merchant nearby stated that they got “kicked out”;however, Groupon still allows them to post fraudulent services on their platform. They’ve been “investigating” for a month now.
I had an appointment for Saturday 10:30Am. I booked this Thursday morning, so they had adequate time. I even got multiple confirmations. When I got there, the sign said suite 500 but when I knocked there no one answered, and they refused to pick up the phone. DO NOT go here.
It was such a smooth and easy process the laser machine was very comfortable and minimal pain.
