In the last week of June, Mr. Richard Borowski, owner of RHS Maintenance, came & did my 6 double-hung sash windows. On two of these windows he did not clean the outer window from the outside with a ladder. I did not see this until a day later. He also did not remove the kitchen window casing to do that part properly, as well. For some inexplicable reason, he refuses to finish cleaning the outer kitchen window & the one dining-room window.
