I would like to give no stars but that isn't an option. I put in a complaint with the RHRA and it was a waste of time. They said there was no proof because it wasn't written in the homes notes, well of course they are not going to write it in their notes when they do something wrong, I agree with the person that said they protect the homes because licensing is how they are funded. The RHRA are not interested in protecting seniors -they are only interested in protecting licensees (that's where they get their funding). My experience with this organization has been frustrating and dangerous. I was tortured by the owner for making the complaint and after I did, the RHRA did nothing. I truly believe that their inspectors are paid off to write good reports. If you have had a similar experience with the RHRA I would be extremely interested in hearing from you. My mother is at John Josephs place owen sound. Only a cook and a student here!! Not one nurse My mom is dying and needs morphine through a intervenes.. she had a stroke & full of cancer no nurses. Not monitored through the night. Where does her money go?
