I live in Washington states in Washington, Pennsylvania This place is a scam, once you get in they just keep raising the price on everything. The lot rent is up $200 from the two years ago I moved in and they don't do any renovations. The roads are terrible. There's potholes everywhere. Stray cats and garbage. And they don't take care of the playground or basketball courts. I'm very displeased and I am taking every reaction I can to get out of this hell hole.

Sherwood village Canton lot6 They replaced the water lines 7 years ago. In between the pots ,because I have two now, The ground has disappeared under my trailer in between the pots along the edge. The gap is now 6 inches and goes 5ft under the slab The slab has already broken a couple of feet in. My ceiling has broken already and I can't close my backdoor. Do anything you can to avoid dealing with this company!!! I called because my security deposit was never refunded after I moved. I was told someone would contact me. Two days later I called again as no one had called me and was told that I needed to call back as everyone was busy. I asked if they could call me when they were not busy and I was told "no" that I needed to call. I called again (3rd time) and was told that everyone was busy and that they would contact me! RHP Properties A joke .. simply a joke SLUMLORDS who care not about residents only their bottom line. In this park, Skyline Village, the bottom line comes to about $262,500.00/mo and they do nothing.
Here in Loveland there is a racist manager. She has purple hair and dresses like trash. She is super unprofessional and kind evil evicting everyone especially Latinos. If your Latino do not move here you are no welcome. Also this whole land is infested with a lot of mice and of course that racist manager does not care. This is a horrible place to live trashy with a trashy racist manager. DO NOT MOVE HERE
