I've had the great misfortune of needing quite a lot of 'lady' exams with doctors that were just plain awful to the point they were painful. They often can be downright rude and insensitive to my physical limitations due to disability I can't even help. They also never seem to have answers. Just "Oh, you're bldng too much. Need a transfusion and to make it stop. No idea why. But, that doesn't matter.".
