So it’s played on my mind for some time whether to leave a review, but 7 years waiting for an adapted house, or to get a house to be adapted while we live there. Come first Bid a couple of times over the months for houses in the tonypandy area. Absolutely appalling, cannot contact Housing Officers and they will not return calls, do not do repairs when asked but expect access to your home whenever they want it. Moved a lot of new neighbours in, who are outside making noise all night, drinking and smoking drugs and then leave rubbish everywhere, which RHA then charge every tenant to remove, not just the ones responsible, even though they know who they are as they installed CCTV.
