My mom gets homecare through this company, and they are nothing short of AMAZING! Always putting my mothers need FIRST. ****** ALWAYS one call away. She really makes you feel like family. I wouldn't trust any other company more than ****** House. They're simply the best!!!
I would never recommend this company to anyone. They have some serious scheduling issues, their staff either doesn't show up at all or seriously late. I had a caregiver pour scalding hot water over my head to wash my hair. I screamed, I wasn't seriously injured but she didn't apologize at all. I will not be having this agency back in my home. I'm very frustrated with the office staff too because they are very rude. Please think twice before considering this agency for you or a loved one because I feel if I wasn't with it men... read more
