I am not normally one to write reviews but I feel the outrageous behavior of Rhonda Williams is one to be told. My 14 year old daughter was scheduled to meet with Rhonda twice before actually meeting her but due to some unexpected circumstances of my daughter being put at the juvenile detention center, I had to cancel twice before she was available to see Rhonda.
