Rhonda and her team are the sweetest people I've had the pleasure of talking with. They've always treated me with care the 7 years I've been with them, from walking me through coverage, ways to get discounts, and even fighting for me when things go wrong. Had asked on 3 separate occasions to transfer auto policy to another State Farm agent and STILL didn't do it. Contacted the customer service center which is located in Central America (Obviously State Farm doesn't believe in hiring Americans as customer service representatives to take care of their client base on American soil, where they make most of their money) The representative made the changes, but it was difficult to understand Consuela through her broken English so we'll see what happens.
