Have been with Rhonda McMahon State Farm Insurance company since about 1975! Great customer service!!!
Had asked on 3 separate occasions to transfer auto policy to another State Farm agent and STILL didn't do it. Contacted the customer service center which is located in Central America (Obviously State Farm doesn't believe in hiring Americans as customer service representatives to take care of their client base on American soil, where they make most of their money) The representative made the changes, but it was difficult to understand Consuela through her broken English so we'll see what happens.
