I had worst experience of my life in this office. Very rude staff, I was trying to get pregnant and after a while tracking my ovulation by testing I called office to schedule for a visit because I tested positive for pregnancy and I couldn’t wait to see if everything was ok, meanwhile the lady that got the phone call starting laughing and said I don’t understand you, I never heard of a ovulation test.Also They sent me bills to pay money that already insurance took care for. I would never recommend this office to anyone.
It was a few years back. I was referred to Rhonda to have a hysterectomy, and she stood me up four times in a row. I never got to meet her. I didn't get my hysterectomy either. I got a discharge letter in the mail. The letter said I wasn't following instructions. I asked what instructions did I not follow. They said we just though you'd feel better off elsewhere.
