Ms. Forsberg did such a POOR job of articulating what the negotiated agreement with opposing counsel was--at the hearing and in the order she drafted--that the Defendant was simply able to interpret a JOINT-custody timeshare as allowing me a mere 24 hours per week with my son. The order was vague enough that opposing counsel has convinced the judge that this 24 hours per week WAS the agreement I wanted.
