un-professional receptionists, poorly organized. un-reliable scheduling and communication. rhonda failed to tell us the correct date of my brother in-laws bond hearing until the day before. and failed to coach us on what we needed to do to have a successful hearing, she forced us to pay a professional to translate documents (when we could have done it ourselves) and then failed to bring the translated documents to the bond hearing, which is the number one reason the judge did not allow us to post bond. as is the reason my br... read more
No consistency to the time of people, I booked an appointment with them I was left wondering around for 45 minutes, if I did not call them, I will never receive a phone call for consultation. it seems the time of people is not valuable, and it takes so long to have consultation the defendants, are being seen as numbers that's all no decency and respect to the people's time so disappointing.
