I couldn't even schedule an appointment. I even had a pre-authorization from my insurance company. This approved me for an hour and 29 minutes worth of office visits. (When does any Dr spend that much time with you?) The receptionist refused to schedule the appointment, she was hateful and down right rude. Dr. Fawaz might be a wonderful Dr. However, he needs to find someone else to answer the phone and do his scheduling. I read the other reviews. I see I'm not the only one who's had this problem.
