Perhaps you could instruct your bartenders that they might actually want to ask customers if they want to order food LESS than 15 minutes after they bring out a menu.
Terrible customer service...come from the UK and it clearly states that the place was open til 2am...so on a Thursday night it was open late...yet tonight when Washington Nationals have there parade earlier today and it’s a weekend you say your shut. Man you were rude as hell. certainly not what I experienced either on the Thursday or by your fellow countrymen

We had an amazing experience with such a lovely hostess looking after our needs. The ribeye and ribs is to die for! I think we were in food heaven! Best ribs ever tasty, juicy with a lot of meat to the bone. Wonderful entertainment, we also got our ‘shandies’! Cheers! We’ll be back before we leave Rosslyn, Arlington - Washington (Aussie traveller)!

We just spent 4 nights in DC and your food was HANDS DOWN the best meal we ate. The steak sandwich couldn't be better. I seriously considered ordering a second! My husband had the corn chowder (who knew that could be so amazing?!?!) and the peel n eat shrimp. My 4 year old even raved about the grilled cheese on the walk home. You guys have this down!
