Great work and service carried out on my vehicle by honest mechanics who know their stuff
I’m very happy with the work Nick and the team at Rhodeside Auto Tune did on my 80 Series! Nick is an absolute expert, honest, reliable, and always keeps you in the loop. He even tries to keep costs down without compromising on quality. I’ve had a swivel hub overhaul, wheel bearings replaced, hoses done, and a full service. Nick is really thorough and gives you a heads-up about any possible issues beforehand, which is awesome. Just a heads-up: they’re super busy, so make sure you plan ahead.
We used this workshop to service our Toyota Prado on our way around Australia, and picked them at random. They did an excellent job, explained clearly the issues with the car, were extremely helpful and friendly and informative, and I highly recommend them. I wish they had a workshop in Canberra.
I've tried looking for a mechanic that knew the AHC system in a Lexus as mine had no idea and Toyota wanted over 1k to the job. I chatted to Nick over the phone and was confident in just talking to him that he knew the system. I booked my car in and the jobs done at a quarter of the price of Toyota. Had a chat about the common clunk in driveline and he knew exactly what I was talking about and the ways to eliminate it.
