Had my 2009 Lexus IS250 in today for a brake change. The service was fast, reliable and reasonably priced. Nick was honest, efficient and took the time to check a few other things I had asked about, giving me great advice without trying to upsell anything. Nick and the team always go above and beyond with their work. Ive booked in a couple of times and I’ve always left knowing my car is in safe hands. I own a 2009 Toyota Crown (GWS204). I honestly don’t understand how this place has 5-star reviews because my experience was awful. About a month ago, I booked a service and clearly explained over the phone that my transmission gets very hot in sports mode and there is a burnt smell.
