Very disappointed in the customer service that we did not receive. We used them to get a policy from progressive. What a nightmare trying to cancel & get information as to "what we failed to disclose". I do not recommend them at all!!! Or at least stay away from the Lebanon office!! They have no customer service.
Sam may be the nicest Insurance Agent in Lebanon. He is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for any one of his clients. The beauty of working with Rhodes Warden is that you get a local phone number with immediate customer service avoiding all of the phone tree hassle with the big companies, and besides that, they sell for the big companies at a lower rate than going direct!
