I have been a valued customer for 20+ years. I got accused of missing an appointment, this was untrue. The lady at desk made an issue of it...i had a 1pm appointment...didnt get seen until after 2pm. Faye was abrupt with me. Rude, kurt. I did return this day to retrieve my paperwork, Faye was so very rude and unprofessional, she did not even speak to me. This would have her 2nd year attending me. I miss Ms Liilie...she was the absolute best. I have taken my business elsewhere.
