Do not ever, and I mean ever, retain Ms. Pentecost as your lawyer. She knew her client was being held without bond since November. The client's court date was on 1/3, but she forgot, went out of town, and never told her client. Instead, she put in a motion to continue on 12/27 and filed it while she was out of town. The client found out from the CO that she was not going to court. The new court date is not until 2/6. This is ridiculous. I don’t know how she can call herself an attorney.
