Got the owner Tim to come to our house to discuss what we wanted. He had some good ideas so we confirmed that we wanted to go ahead and asked for a quote. He confirmed that he would provide a quote in a few days time. Weeks passed no quote arrived. Called him a couple of times to ask when the quote would be provided.
