I have had Rhodes Insurance for4 to 5 years now and have been satisfied with them so far. They have called on several occasions to check in and see if everything was satisfactory or if I had any questions or issues, which I appreciate that customer service, however I am unable to give a 5 star rating because I haven’t had to file any claims as of yet, and how claims are handled would be a huge determine factor in a rating.
