EVERY SINGLE PCA, RN or Dr that I encountered before transplant, in ICU after transplant and in Rhodes Hall for recovery and discharge were super nice, worked as a team, cared about me. Knowing I was well treated and cared for made this journey so much better, for me and for my family as well.
Worst experience ever at a hospital.
This hospital may get top reviews in the state and even country for that matter, but the communication skills and trying to get in touch with the CASE MANAGEMENT department should receive a negative number!!!!! I have literally called this department 107 times during there "hours of operation" and not been able to get a hold of even one live person! Good thing people call hospital's for no good reason, I mean, it's not important or anything. Understaffed I'm assuming. DONT BRING YOUR LOVED ONEs HERE and expect a job well don... read more
