Worst possible customer service arrived 10 minutes early for an appointment to be told it was canceled with no notice.
Rung up to ask about cert for my car, was met with attitude right off the bat, I'll wait 6 months and go to Christchurch for cert before I go somewhere like this where they treat potential customers so poorly
Terrible customer service, gave me the run around for months on end for cert. nothing but a waste of time, wasted my time and money. The man working there seriously needs to read up & do some homework before giving someone information. Which in fact was incorrect and cost me over $1100 to get sorted up to cert specifications. If you want a straight answer do not go here!
