I started my fitness journey with Kaylee and Rhodes fitness in 2020 and it absolutely changed my life. I discovered that I can do so many things that I never thought I would be able to. Kaylee is extremely motivating and encouraging! The classes, which I never in a million years thought that I would be into, are amazing! The thought of jumping into a class after really never working out in my life, with a bunch of people I didn't know was terrifying. I have Ben doing work outs ther in some of the classes they offer and they are really good I alway get a good challenge while also hearing the encouragement from the instructors I would give more stars if I could
