I live in a Rhodes custom built home that is 17 years old. The white aluminum siding trim is peeling off in large pieces. The main shower is tapered away from the drain so it does not drain properly and caused the shower to leak through the concrete footers to the outside. The air handler condensation drains into a pump which is hosed to the outside through the ceiling. That alone has clogged and caused several thousand dollars in floor damage.
