Do not trust this place. My bill came out to $850 and when I ask what the services I was charged with, they refused to tell me. I have no idea what cost what was along with labor. That, to me, is sketchy and they refuse to give me a proper receipt. In addition, since my car was at their repair shop for several days, they took personal items from my car, such as two wireless headphone, jumper cables, two usb connectors, some phone chargers, and some of my art supplies. Joe quickly diagnosed my problem as a faulty alternator. Joe was kind enough to run me to the parts store. Joe got me back on the road in almost no time. Very fine person. Very fine work. Highly recommend. Won't use anyone else in Hamilton/Columbus
Rhodes Auto Repair was dispatched for our RV tires through our insurance policy and called to make contact within just a few minutes to make sure of our location and to touch base. Never have I called and they had what I needed. They overcharge for diagnostic tests that advanced auto would do for free. Their lock out service is a joke. $100 for him to travel 2 miles to unlock my car in less than five minutes
