Had bad oil leak and leaving for Florida next day. Called and he was about to close shop but stayed open and fixed our car so we could get home!! Very knowledgeable and very kind of him to help us out!! Highly recommend!!!
We had our car towed from Scaly Mountain after hours. Kyle was amazing, communicated with us reliably & got tires for a great price & quickly, so our family road trip could stay on schedule. Highly recommend.
On vacation when my car battery died, I found Rhodes Auto online with great reviews and they are definitely right on. They were extremely busy when we stopped in but were able to help us get a new battery quickly (less than 20 minutes) and get us back on the road. They had friendly service despite all the work that was going on. I would highly recommend them for any car care needs!
I really appreciated Kyle. He was recommended to me by people on The Mountain as a reliable and honest car mechanic. I feel that he lives up to the reputation. I came in for an oil change and pointed out a concern I had with my engine. He told me what was wrong and ordered the part and I came in a couple days later and got it all fixed up by him. We his some debris on ourbdrive through NC. We stopped here on Veteran's Day and they weren't operating. However they graciously plugged out tire and had us back on the road in 10 min. Super nice and friendly folks. Would 10 out of 10 recommend for major repairs if you are in the area!
