They made a huge mistake on my taxes. They claimed it was my fault because I signed the paper before it was filed. They did not return my phone calls, emails, or letters I sent them.
Honestly they up there prices too do your taxes every year. I was told the opposite when I first became a customer....that your fees decrease overtime for being a long term customer. They said they have too start paying their employees more. Oh well...that's not my problem. I'm going elsewhere!
They was very unprofessional,and will not recommend to anyone doing taxes for the first time ,go somewhere else, useless institutions
