Dr. Rhoden is a wonderful doctor and surgeon who was extremely helpful answering questions before the procedure. Through Sarasota Memorial Hospital we had no issues with billing, and their staff at hospital are all friendly.
I had surgery with Dr. Dianne Rhoden earlier this year and although I would rate her services very high, the organization is extremely messed up and unprofessional. Their billing people do not know what they are doing and apparently have never had any accounting classes. They have billed me for charges that were paid 6 months ago and after sending multiple letters and having meetings with them, they refuse to acknowledgement my payments or even my dispute.
