Omg! I LOVE this orthodontist! Wonderful people who feel like family. As a parent of a daughter missing 5 teeth (that never grew in), this office and staff makes paying for braves easy. My daughter is thrilled with the transformation and her confidence is sky high! The doctors collaborate, make the best course of action and the results are more than we could have asked. They also have a game area for the kids to play when waiting. Thank you Rhode Island Orthodontics!
Dr. Rita Jones is one of the best medical professionals I've ever seen. She has the unique blend of technical intelligence combined with a warm and kind bedside manner. As an adult orthodontics patient, I wasn't looking forward to this process. She takes the time to explain everything in a way that's easy to understand. You can tell she loves what she does and really cares for her patients. Office is clean and well-run. I can't wait for my new smile!
In all my interactions with Dr. Jones she has been kind, detail oriented, and honest. She clearly puts a lot of thought into her treatment plans through every phase of treatment and really wants the best outcome for her patients! She is very empathetic towards the sensory difficulties of patients as well. Highly recommend seeing Dr. Jones for your orthodontic needs, very glad to have met her!
I highly recommend Dr. Jones! You’ll never meet a more thoughtful and hardworking person. She’s an incredible listener and at the same time will not just tell you what you want to hear. She’ll be honest and upfront about your treatment plan. She’s great with kids and is just generally a wonderful human.
All encounters have been positive thus far. Staff are approachable, friendly and prompt. They take the time to thoroughly explain paperwork and instructions. My son (patient) has no complaints either ☺️
