Grossly understaffed. The people are very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I went in for x-rays of a potentially broken ankle area. No appointment, in and out quickly, great experience. I'm now on day 5 with no results because they don't have the radiologists to read it. This is an administrative/managerial problem. The timeframe was also not disclosed at any point until day 5. This is now affecting further treatment and many other aspects of life. Unacceptable in my opinion and I will never be back.

Called for an ultrasound appointment. After waiting a long time on hold the agent verified my name, address, and DOB, which she already had in her system because I had used their service recently. Then she insisted that I provide my BC number. I explained that it was inaccessible to me at the moment as I am in a wheel chair and had no one to help me retrieve it at the time.
