Went for my first scan and I was very happy with my tech Rachel, she was super kind and talked me through the entire process and understood I was super nervous about going in since it was my first time. The reason for the 3 stars is because I got charged $450 for the appointment after I was told while booking that yes, they took my insurance... Posting this anonymously because of the terribly embarrassing experience that I had at this location. I have been to the Smithfield one before and everyone working there was absolutely amazing. However, at this location, they are extremely rude, inconsiderate, and have zero bedside manner. The woman at the front desk had a sour look on her face and literally talking about all of the patients waiting in the waiting room It’s a quiet room and we all could hear.
