Went for my first scan and I was very happy with my tech Rachel, she was super kind and talked me through the entire process and understood I was super nervous about going in since it was my first time. The reason for the 3 stars is because I got charged $450 for the appointment after I was told while booking that yes, they took my insurance... Posting this anonymously because of the terribly embarrassing experience that I had at this location. I have been to the Smithfield one before and everyone working there was absolutely amazing. However, at this location, they are extremely rude, inconsiderate, and have zero bedside manner. The woman at the front desk had a sour look on her face and literally talking about all of the patients waiting in the waiting room It’s a quiet room and we all could hear. I had my mammogram done here. Quick and easy. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
I had my yearly mammogram at RIMI's Sockanosset location last night and it was as wonderful as a mammogram can be... lol. Check-in was easy; I arrived 10-15 minutes early and was called in earlier than my appt time. Mabel (sorry if misspelled) was wonderful. Her skill was evident, she took time to answer my questions, and she was very friendly and gave clear directions and explanations of what she was about to do.
