Phone answering is horrible. My doctor sent over my lab request four times and still received no phone call to make an appointment. This has happened with two doctors since January an x-ray and an ultrasound. Poor quality service but technicians are excellent 3 stars change the attitude of the staff at The front desk and you might’ve had five stars
