These people are fast. I’ve been to many other xray providers and have had long waits. I went at about 6pm on a Tuesday and they had me in and out quickly. The office staff was accommodating of the fact that I had another appointment to go to at about 7:30
Personally for me the whole experience of this location was AWFUL between the front desk receptionist having a attitude when I first arrived.. and then the ultrasound Tech with her terrible bedside manner as well, How are you going to say to the patient, Where am I scanning ? UM maybe read the order ? After I told her the back of my head and to feel where the lump was she scanned for probably 5 seconds and goes “where else”? Waiting room is too small, but the service is fast
This place is unprofessional and negligent cancelled my wife’s appointment 6 times in 10 months they finally took her in for an appointment told us we were all set and owed nothing by a representative of Rhode Island imaging a month later a bill showed up for nearly 4000 dollars and when asked why the representative of there company said this nobody has an answer and have just been giving me a run around I’ve talked with billing I’ve talked with supervisors this is a disgrace and a buisness in the medical field should care a... read more
If your Obstetrician gives you the option to choose another place to get your ultrasound to see your growing baby. Go and run somewhere else! There’s many places but this one ain’t it! First of all the lady who assisted me had an ugly attitude and my husband wanted to be there for me for the entire process which I had never had any issues in woman and infant or landmark.
