Love them but billing is not good i had 3 ins. My husband was primary keep sending me a bill .. the person in billing need to get fix. Now they want money wont see me now ..
Incompetent at its finest. Called to schedule an ultrasound 2x one with an amanda and then Andrea, both incompetent of reading an order or scheduling the appt. Just go to advanced.
I would never recommend the Lincoln location. Front staff is rude & gives conflicting and false information. Added ample amounts of unnecessary stress to an already immensely stressful situation.
Received an order for an ultrasound to diagnose severe pain. They said they didn't have it and provided me an email address to send a copy to. Sent it multiple times and they continued to say they didn't receive it. Had to go to the er to get the ultrasound performed due to RI medical imaging inability to receive email or the order directly from the urgent care.
These people are fast. I’ve been to many other xray providers and have had long waits. I went at about 6pm on a Tuesday and they had me in and out quickly. The office staff was accommodating of the fact that I had another appointment to go to at about 7:30
