4 days and still no one has reviewed my X-ray. Insurance scam?
Does not even deserve one star. Extremely rude and unprofessional.
My husband got X-rays after urgent care sent him there and we begged for results for days. They told us a week. He’s in pain and had no path forward while we had to go on vacation. Ridiculous.
Very good staff, friendly. Clean facility.
Why doctor's refer one here I would like to know. Like it isn't enough to not feel well you have to also receive poor healthcare service.I am obliged to change my review as I got superb service (in person) at both locations the issue lies when calling since this provider is close to another provider of mine I kind of had to after trying to get in touch over the phone for several weeks I walked in and made an appt after that the techs are amazingggg extremely empathetic which is something I need during this routine high milea... read more
