Phone menu sucks to get through, once you are through the minimum wait is usually 20 minutes on hold.... until someone picks up who without fail has a rude attitude to schedule you. Good luck getting in quickly, too - they are swamped at all times because there is no other imaging provider in the state I know of. I really can't stand dealing with them. I now go to Shields in Dartmouth, which is worth the 20 minute drive. (Completely different experience - highly recommend).
