This is such a great place to get all your appointments done
Just to let everyone, even though their office is open for X-rays until 12pm on Saturdays. They stop helping patients after 11:45. We walked in at 12:53 pm in need of X-ray for my child and we were turned away. Not helpful at all and they should have this information advertised in their website so patients don’t wast time and gas we came from Smithfield with bridge traffic. I hate having to leave a bad review but I hope this will help others choose another provider. DO NOT use this company. The automated calling system keeps you on hold endlessly. If you leave a callback #, they do not call you back. When you finally do speak with someone, they transfer you to someone else and the unanswering process starts all over again. When you do finally speak with someone, it could be a person with a barking dog or a crying child in the background who does not care. So tremendously unprofessional. There a... read more
