Poor communication. You can never get through to an actual person. And after leaving many voicemails, days late to no response. Every case is different. I felt like I had to give too much of an assist in the therapy. Kind of like I was training her to do the job she’s been doing for decades. Therapy wasn’t on the level needed. And each session was rushed and lacked planning. She was manic, always seemed frustrated and constantly called my son by the wrong name. Would NOT recommend!!

I’m a patient with a TBI. The front desk talked to me like I was stupid and the problem here when instead they left me on hold for half an hour and then scheduled appointments without even talking to me. Of course I’m not going to know when my appointments are! Also they are treating people with cognitive issues, maybe they shouldn’t be downright mean and make patients like me cry. Also they are often talking crap about patients that I can hear while in the waiting room.

Been calling non-stop. They never pick the phones up! Wasting time by calling to change or make an appointment. They always put you to voice mail. First time I went there for a swallow speech appointment they told me don’t feed the baby for hours to have us sit there for another 25 minutes. Then to try and feed a baby who’s cranky and uninterested to send us home after they have not ate for hours.
