I’m a patient with a TBI. The front desk talked to me like I was stupid and the problem here when instead they left me on hold for half an hour and then scheduled appointments without even talking to me. Of course I’m not going to know when my appointments are! Also they are treating people with cognitive issues, maybe they shouldn’t be downright mean and make patients like me cry. Also they are often talking crap about patients that I can hear while in the waiting room.

Been calling non-stop. They never pick the phones up! Wasting time by calling to change or make an appointment. They always put you to voice mail. First time I went there for a swallow speech appointment they told me don’t feed the baby for hours to have us sit there for another 25 minutes. Then to try and feed a baby who’s cranky and uninterested to send us home after they have not ate for hours. Waited 6 months to get in and the day before after I already got the confirmation call they called again to inform me they needed to cancel my daughters appointment. I was given the option of one day and time that was horrible but took it and also asked to speak with a supervisor (that still never called back) went in the following day because of my sons appointment and upon check out found out they didn’t give my daughter the appointment we were provided with and that she was now scheduled for NOVEMBER!!
