Disappointed at the lack of compassion and understanding of the staff. My mother scheduled an appointment but arrived a few minutes late to her appointment due to the impeding and traffic delayed on 195. Despite the fact that she begged and pleaded to have her possibly infected wound simply looked at they refused to give her service. The fact is that she had still arrived within the timeframe of her scheduled appointment. I don’t understand why the staff was so rude to an elderly injured woman. I can't say enough good things about this place! I was admittedly nervous about going here after having a horrible experience in Boston. I can honestly say that from moment I walked in I was made to feel comfortable. From reception all the way up to seeing the doctor the staff was amazing. It was so nice to have doctors and nurses who actually listen to me about what is going on and concerns I may be having.
