RI Floor Planing is a trustworthy, family run business that consistently delivers exceptional results. Mike is a true professional - we’ve worked together over the years, and most recently, he transformed my 100+ year-old heart pine floors. We discussed various finishes and ultimately went with a high quality water-based polyurethane to lighten the tone, replacing the old oil-based finish. The results are stunning - highly recommend!

I can't recommend RI flooring enough! I initially called to inquire about pricing and was fortunate to secure a spot due to a cancellation. At the time, I was living over an hour away, making frequent visits challenging to pick the stain after sanding. Mike and his team went above and beyond to accommodate my situation.
