GREAT service, Nick and his team was AMAZING to work with. Communicating with them was super easy text and email were responded to immediately. We have a dog and he was able to get our floors brand new and the color is exactly what we wanted. Also our stairs look brand new and it’s our main stairway in home! :) Would recommend Nick and his team 100 plus times over! Will DEF be using them again! :)
Michael was fantastic to work with. Super nice and made sure we were happy with the finished product. It took 2 tries to get the color we wanted and Michael was patient with us and really went above and beyond to accommodate the change. A very fair and good experience. Michael is a good human and I really appreciate working with people like that. By the way for anyone looking for the right shade for red oak floors where it isn’t too red or too light/dark a 50/50 mix of Special Walnut and Dark Walnut was the winner
Recently purchased a home and the hardwood floors were in dire need of a refinish. Saw all the good reviews RI Floor Planing Company had so I reached out to see what they thought. Nick was very professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process, even providing tips on how to best maintain the hardwood after refinishing. The work they did is top notch, I'd recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on their hardwood floors!
I can’t say enough good things about Rhode Island Floor Planing Co. Mike is super responsive, accommodating and helpful. I knew I wanted my floors cleaned up and the orange/yellow color removed, and Mike gave me his professional opinion on what would look best - and the floors turned out beautifully. When we needed to have our floors refinished, Mike had been recommended to us. He arrived promptly for the appointment to look at the floors, and after speaking with him, we had every confidence in him personally and professionally. I had forgotten to bring to his attention 2 or 3 boards I thought needed to be replaced, but when I looked at the floor after they finished on the first day, I couldn't find the boards.
