Setting up as a new patient was a waiting game. All automated that took weeks to get the paperwork, then after another week of waiting for a call to get scheduled, I decide to call and find out that they scheduled me without calling me. Don’t expect a call back or any help. They just tell you the Dr is busy and they will get to you eventually or hope that you forget about it.
Everyone there is very pleasant the lady at the reception was very nice and pleasant thanks
Dr Quay-De La Valle removed my adult son tonsils and adenoids. He was amazing! Everyone at the surgery center was great too! I highly recommend DR. Q!
