Dr Quay-De La Valle removed my adult son tonsils and adenoids. He was amazing! Everyone at the surgery center was great too! I highly recommend DR. Q!
I recently saw Ms. Jillian Blaisdell for reviewing hearing aids. She was warm, inviting competent and informative. She reviewed multiple devices and explained the ins and outs of them, their individual plusses and minuses and the advantages and disadvantages of each. She clearly explained my hearing test, and what type of hearing loss I have incurred, even printing an explanatory graph threat demonstrated what sounds I was missing. The office at the check-in window staff is very impersonal. They called my name and then left me standing there. Why call me if you are not ready to take me. Very frustrating. If it wasn't for Dr. Newbury, I would go somewhere else.
Both locations are absolutely terrible. Dr quay is the only saving grace..ever since my first day getting seen by them nothing but problems. From day one whether it was trying to make appointments getting attitudes by everyone I talk to specially the surgical coordinator for someone to be so rude to patients is unacceptable every time I called it was like I was bothering them just because you hate your life And your job don't take it out on me...and the icing on top of the cake is I had my biopsy over three weeks ago now all... read more
