The office at the check-in window staff is very impersonal. They called my name and then left me standing there. Why call me if you are not ready to take me. Very frustrating. If it wasn't for Dr. Newbury, I would go somewhere else.
Both locations are absolutely terrible. Dr quay is the only saving grace..ever since my first day getting seen by them nothing but problems. From day one whether it was trying to make appointments getting attitudes by everyone I talk to specially the surgical coordinator for someone to be so rude to patients is unacceptable every time I called it was like I was bothering them just because you hate your life And your job don't take it out on me...and the icing on top of the cake is I had my biopsy over three weeks ago now all... read more
I have two infections in my throat and instead of having the surgery done in a hospital where I can get this fixed, the office would rather I suffer with this because I don't have a, Ride Home It's a state law So instead of having it repaired I get to suffer the most egregious pain in my ear and my neck and head If you have a serious problem and it's debilitating and very painful, Don't sign up to this mistake You get to jump through all kinds of hoops only to have Rhode Island state law thrown in your face This state's heat... read more
My 100 year old mother arrived at 2:30 pm for her appointment left sitting in waiting area for 1hour and 15 minutes ( 3:45 ) finally brought back to exam room and left 15 minutes later (4:00pm) without seeing the physician. 2 hours is too long a wait for an elderly woman. Staff should notify the patient that the physician is running late and have the option to wait or schedule another appointment.
The doctor and staff are very pleasant. They can get busy though. One visit we waited for almost an hour, the next visit it was less than 5 minutes.
