I have asked for help from this organization on numerous occasions and each time I was refused services and told they could not assist me in any way? As a matter of fact I can state with certainty that throughout the past 10 years I do not know of anyone in the disabled community that has ever received any assistance from this organization in any way what so ever at all... Told me police brutality is my own problem and my disabled mothers own problem, checked with the boss to make sure it was okay and called me up to confirm it’s not their problem
Another Rhode Island finest organization that should be looked into, if you do not help Disabled people with Issues and only dance around with fancy words who do they help lol.
Do not touch the office and the personnel with a ten-foot pole these people have been bought by some sort of company that's probably more about isolation instead of inclusion this office is absolute garbage and I wanted to bring this to the attention of anyone who's watching.
I would not say that this organization is focused on inclusion especially if they support people continually to be hospitalized. Repeatedly I have reached out to this organization in various problems and working with office of rehab services/BHDDH. they come back with a generalized continue to talk to social worker/counselor/supervisor and nothing more. Rhode Island may be a progressive socialist state for somethings but in disability services it falls behind. They will have to answer to God.
