Not happy with the 85 dollar deposit to schedule a cavity fill. The staff were very pleasant though. I feel the policy is unfair and ridiculous honestly contemplating another dentist in the future
I'll say this. We have a child who would have needed a lot of expensive intervention to get his dental care done. My husband and I expressed to RICD that we wanted to go back and work through his therapies and I appreciate that they never made us feel guilty or out of touch. We put in like 10 months of work and updated them on our progress and the staff was more than willing to adapt with us. We were all blown away! The admin staff is great!! Honestly one of THE BEST. On top of that the hygienist and doc were helpful, kind, and friendly. So glad we have found them.
