Excellent personal attention. Dr. Alves explains everything in an understandable, personal and professional manner. Wonderful representative of the profession. I trust her completely.
Waiting room time was less than 15 minutes. Room wait for doctor was less than 15 minutes. Doctor answered ALL my questions &. did routine follow-up. Staff was courteous, kind, and professional. Making appointment afterwards was easy :)
