Jay is so professional… just the greatest experience I’ve had with any auto shop!!! I would highly recommend RI auto to anyone! Jay is absolutely great and professional! If there were a rating 1-10…. They are 100!!!
I was traveling from PA to RI over the weekend and on the second day, one of my tires started making a horrible screeching notice. Not knowing any mechanics in the area, we called a random place close to where we were staying and are so glad we got RI Auto Repair. We explained our situation and were told they had the parts for what we thought it was and to bring it in as soon as we could. Great mechanic! Reasonable and efficient! Saved me twice when I was in a huge bind! Won’t go anywhere else.
Had a flat tire unexpectedly and was near RI Auto repair, they checked my tire and put on the spare. This was such a hugh help as I was on my way an appointment. Thank you so much! Very helpful!
