Mr. Rhoads has been helping us with well water treatment & service at my home for many years now. He put in a new filtration unit to resolve our well water issue about 18 months ago and it's working great. He is very knowledgeable after decades of experience and gives you direct, candid and honest feedback on what you need to do to solve your issue. His support person Annette is also helpful and also gives good feedback and fair pricing. Highly recommend.

We have had them install a water softener, iron filter, sediment filter, water heater, change piping for an addition, an RO system, and a well pump. Customer service does not seem to be a priority at Rhoades Water Systems. I had an appointment with Annette Stoner for Tuesday December 17, 2024 between 10 and 11 AM to come by for a water test. Eleven o’clock came and went and no one called or came by. At 11:15 I called and Annette answered. It was apparent that she had forgotten about the appointment.
