Honest and upfront
I can not give enough praise to Rhoades Home improvement. The guys took on a job that was a very extensive home repair. As I watched the progress (and so did friends and family) we all noticed they go above and beyond. They actually made a silk purse out a sows ear. I made good friends and had a new deck built plus a whole lot more!. Don’t have any reservations about calling them. Rhoades Home Improvement can do it all!
Originally gave them 5 stars because water heater and pump they installed are working fine. Long story short, they forgot to turn the water line back on that goes to my steam furnace which ultimately melted our furnace. They even looked at the furnace, charged us for a part, installed part, said it was good to go, but because they didn't have the experience in HVAC, overlooked a few major safety points which cost us a lot of money. We're lucky our house didn't blow up. Look elsewhere for HVAC, I'm sure they do good work not ... read more
Mr. Rhoades upgraded our electrical service in our new home. His workmanship is excellent. I highly recommend and will use him for other projects in the future.
