I went into this office with high expectations to establish primary care when Dusty was accepting new patients. The front desk was very unorganized. Before I was seen, I could over hear her and the medical assistant talking about my medical history, and the medical assistant said “yeah she said nothing is really wrong with her.” In fact I did NOT say that. I had high hopes for this place, especially since they market themselves as “faith-based.” Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. As a service business owner myself, I pay close attention to customer service — and Rhoades Family Practice has virtually none. It’s difficult to get someone on the phone, and when they do answer, there doesn’t appear to be any real patient intake system in place.
