I visited this office seeking guidance regarding my health concerns, but my experience was disappointing. The staff was not friendly, and I often felt dismissed when trying to ask questions about my care. Additionally, several lab values that were flagged as out of range, including my ferritin and testosterone levels, were described as “normal,” and no clear explanation or follow-up plan was provided regarding those findings. I think Dusty is amazing and she makes a difference every single day. She has compassion, dedication, and is committed to caring for others. She is easy to talk to and she never makes you feel rushed during an appointment. It’s like you’re just having a conversation with a long time friend.
