I'm not someone who typically enjoys going to the gym, and that's exactly why I keep coming back to Rho Engine. There's always a great mix of classes to choose from, so every workout feels different and keeps me motivated. Every coach is incredibly friendly, supportive, and encourages me to work at my own pace without feeling pressured. Three months in and I'm still looking forward to every session. Highly recommend!
Just finished my 1,800th class at Rho Engine Room! My first class was in February 2019, shortly after the studio opened. It was a Burn class—the only class on the schedule back then. Since then came Iron+Rho, Crew Yoga, Rho&Flow, and Strokes&Strength. Did I get the timeline right, Laura? One of my first thoughts after trying Rho was, "This is perfect for my husband." RHO is the best!! The Fantastic variety of classes has kept me going for over 6 years. The environment is so supportive and encouraging - the coaches do a great job of keeping everyone on track. It’s a great workout, regardless of the class you choose. Love it and highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their fitness
Been going here for a little over a year, such a good workout and great community! Everyone is encouraging and I’m still getting stronger every day. They offer a great variety of workouts and the coaches are always willing to help you tailor it to your needs and skill levels. Cannot recommend this place enough!
